JESUS WALKS ON WATER
Jesus performed so many miracles on earth that have been the root of controversy, faith and belief. Christians have faith that God was, God is, and that God will continue for an eternity. However, many people find it difficult to believe such; just as many find it difficult to believe that Jesus ever existed.
What type of man walks on water? Turns water into wine? Makes blind men see? Feeds the multitudes? Calms great storms? Turns stone into bread? Heals the afflicted? Makes the crippled walk again?
These great miracles are indeed hard to believe. But again, we Christians hold great faith. We also hold the Holy Spirit who lets us know with that special feeling that God does indeed exist; that Jesus does indeed exist; that heaven indeed is real.
The amazing thing that I get from this story is that Jesus didn't have to perform miracles while He was on earth. He held compassion, and a great love - a love so great that He sacrificed Himself for mankind.
I'm so glad for the one that walks on water, for in Him, we find Living Water.
