RECIPES USING FOODS IN THE BIBLE
Spiritual Meditation at The Lost Vineyard
The Bible speaks in great length of the foods available and of those eaten during the earl Biblical times. Dates, mandrakes, corn, wheat, and honey - just to name a few.
We thought that it would be fun to offer a few suggestions that you might be able to use when creating your next meal at home using Biblical foods.
Main Course: Roasted lamb rubbed with fresh sprigs of rosemary and salt. Honey glazed grilled fish.
Vegetables: Beans, corn.
Bread: Flatbread
Drink: New wine
Dessert: A bowl of figs with a side of honey to dip them into.
