TIME FOR GOD
To every season there is a purpose under heaven. A time to be born, a time to die, a time to plant, a time to reap, a time to laugh, a time to weep, a time to build up, a time to break down, a time to dance, a time to mourn, a time to cast away stones, a time to gather stones together, a time of love, a time of hate, a time of war, a time of peace, a time to embrace, a time to refrain from embracing, a time to gain, a time to lose.....
There is also a time for God. Unfortunately, that time usually occurs on Christmas and Easter when people congregate to show off their new outfits that they have purchased for the holidays.
As a minister's daughter, the other two most popular times when Christians would congregate into the church included weddings and funerals.
Although going to church is heart warming, and a time to touch base with God, try to always remember Him as you go about your day. Pray before eating. Pray before closing your eyes at night. Talk to God throughout the day. He's your best friend, and one that is certainly worth your valuable time.
