Christian
Devotions
As Christians
in Today's World we face so many different
challenges than those who championed Christianity
before us. Although God created a perfect
world, Satan intervened and everything went
to hell in a hand basket - or so it would
have if Man had allowed such.
Trials
and tribulations in Today's World are great.
Over the past few years the news is filled
with the downfall of so many religious leaders
living secret lives that eventually catch-up
with them - exposing everything from child
molestation to sexual promiscuity.
Unfortunately,
a ripple-effect is often produced, touching
the lives of myriads of Christians. In turn,
many fall by the wayside, overwhelmed and
drowning in feelings of frustration.
So
many times, we get ingrained with human
imperfection and forget to look upward to
focus on our perfect Creator for Man is
but a piece of clay, and clay can be molded.
Sometimes, the form takes on undesirable
results due to the desires of Man. With
this said, we must keep our eyes set above.
Although
we can do much to help change the world
around, immorality seeds within the best
of us and it is only by the grace of God
that we are granted forgiveness through
His forgiving spirit. In turn, we must support
our Christian brothers and sisters in Christ
through thick and thin.
Our
Christian Devotions were written with these
thoughts in mind and we hope they bring
comfort and joy into your heart.
Please
feel free to use our Christian Devotions
for church and synagogue-related functions
- outside the Web. If you would like to
share one of our Christian Devotions with
friends and family on the Web, please provide
them with the link. If you are a webmaster,
a couple of sentences leading to the article
is just fine. If you wish to share one of
our Christian Devotions on a blog, personal
page or a business page, please provide
a sentence or two of the devotion and then
the link leading to the devotion.
