Adam's Apple, Low Calorie Recipe
  
This recipe is so simple that you can do it blindfolded.
Nothing fancy to buy, no need to heat up the house, no
big clean up and the best part? It's Diet Friendly as
it's low in calories and virtually zero fat grams.
Adam's Apple finally takes the controversy out
of the apple! One apple contains about 100 calories.
INGREDIENTS:
1 apple, washed and cored
1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
No calorie refrigerated butter spray
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of old fashioned oats (optional)
Sugarfree maple syrup if desired
Place the apple into a microwave safe
dish and pop into the microwave for about 5 minutes - or until
apple in tender. There is no need to peel the apple, as
this is the best part of Adam's Apple - and a healthy part,
as well.
Remove and add the butter spray - as
much as you wish. Next, dust with cinnamon, then brown
sugar. Add maple syrup if you wish, then sprinkle on the oats.
This treat is wholesome and very filling.
Makes an excellent Diet Snack.
