Need a little weight loss support?
Look no further than your Christian friends. Odds are, they too
have been thinking about a healthier way of eating with the intent
of a longer, more productive life. Even if they look as fit as a
fiddle, one can never be too healthy.
Consider starting
a support class before or after church services. Everyone in the
group could volunteer to speak by rotation.
Share your fears of
dieting, share what has worked for you or what has not worked for
you. It's a very productive, positive way to lose weight with others
who have a common interest.
Or, you may just prefer to
meet, slip on your sneakers and walk for 20 minutes!
