Although we feel that our planner is healthy, weathy and wise in
nutrients, please obtain your doctor's approval before using.
Our
free 10 Day Diet Menu Planner may also spark your own
ideas for weight loss. And of course, the menus can
be adjusted to suit personal tastes and needs, such
as those who may have certain foods restricted from
their diet.
DAY 1
Breakfast
- 1 egg prepared any way that you like.
- 2 slices of bacon (dab with paper towels to soak up excess
fat)
- 1 piece of toast (use your toaster and use butter very
sparingly)
- Coffee or Tea prepared with 1 teaspoon
of sugar and the creamer of your choice. Dont get too happy
with the cream pitcher.
1 Mid-Morning Snack
Lunch
- 1 Ham & Cheese sandwich prepared with tomato, lettuce,
mustard or mayo. If you use mayo, use it VERY sparingly. A
jar of that stuff has enough calories to blow up the Hoover Dam.
- 1 small pack of Lite Chips OR ½ small pack of regular
chips OR ½ cup beans
- Pickle sour, sweet, dill its your choice!
- Coffee, tea, soda or water just watch the sugar and
cream!
1 Mid-Afternoon Snack
Dinner
- 1 small piece of chicken the body part of your choice.
Roast chicken in oven. To add zing, sprinkle with lemon
pepper or roast with rosemary, salt and pepper.
- ½ of a baked potato and again, use the margarine VERY
sparingly.
- 1 cup of green beans
- 1 slice of bread
- Coffee, tea, soda or water just watch the sugar and
cream!
