Snacks You Like to Love

Dieting and getting fit doesn't mean that
you need to eliminate all of the foods that you like to love from
your life. Oh - that would be so sad!
I happen to favor those little
cupcakes that look like snowballs and have a cream center. What
would life be without my snowballs? Pretty bland. Pretty dull. Pretty
UNFUN.
The key to Diet Success is to enjoy your favorite
snacks in moderation. You've probably saw or know someone who you
see eating snacks and sweets quite often and who is thin.
Few people
can get away with that. More often than not, what you don't see
is what those individuals eat the remainder of the day - which is
probably either a small bowl of cereal or nothing.

As for those snacks, yes please - implement
them as part of your daily diet plan. Fit them in wisely. If you'd
like to healthy-up your snacks, here are a few suggestions:
fresh apple rather than chips
5 toasted (or untoasted) large marshmallows
rather than a candy bar
1 single size serving of sugarfree/fatfree
yogurt rather than pudding
1 cup of frozen sliced bananas dipped in
Splenda/Equal/Nutrasweet rather than a cookie
1 cup of skimmed milk + 1/2 cup of frozen
strawberries + 2 ice cubes whipped up into a healthy shake rather
than a soda
