- Day 2
  
The
oatmeal for breakfast is considered a food that contains
great satisfying powers and will leave you feeling full
until lunch time arrives.
For
added health, when enjoying oatmeal toss in a few fresh
berries. For a sweet treat, add a spoon of brown
sugar and a dash of ground cinnamon.
Breakfast
- 1 serving of either Oatmeal, Malt-o-Meal, or Cream of
Wheat with a little milk and 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 piece of toast with margarine used sparingly
- Coffee, tea, soda or water – just watch the sugar and
cream!

1 Mid-Morning Snack
Lunch
- Tuna salad – use one entire small can of spring water-packed
tuna; add a LITTLE Mayo, lettuce and pickle relish if desired.
- 1 Tomato
- 1 dozen saltine crackers
- Coffee, tea, soda or water – just watch the sugar and
cream!
1 Mid-Afternoon Snack
Dinner
- 1 medium-sized baked potato topped with 1 slice of cheese,
tiny bit of margarine, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of bacon bits and
broccoli florets
- 1 cup of steamed veggies
- Coffee, tea, soda or water – just watch the sugar and
cream!
