Diet Hope Pudding Recipe

Many years ago, before I was able to drop
my unwanted weight, I read an article that listed pudding and
raw cookie dough as 'favorite foods' among overweight people.
Well, if the people taking that survey had asked thin
people that question, they probably would have received the
same answer. Fact is, pudding is a wonderful snack, or
a perfect way to top off a delicious meal. It can be light,
it can be heavy - depending on the meal that followed.
Diet Hope Pudding is very low in calories
and fat, and can be enjoyed anytime you like throughout the
day while you are dieting. Allow 150 calories per serving.
